1000'd Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. Of course, it's not complete because I'm not willing to spend $20 on DLC for it.

    Act Raiser (SNES)

I really like this game, but the hit detection is so on it's crazy.
Plus Boss Mode just to beat the game

USA easy version or english translated HARD Jap version?
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

I mean giving me Raining Stars (whatchamacallit) was an instant kill for most of the bosses anyway

A wise choice considering the DLC (to me) felt like it was 5 minutes long.
