Mortgage is better in the long term, you're going to pay for housing anyway and aren't affected by arbitrary rent costs from price gouging landlords that switch on you every time another one buys the property just to double your rent like you work for a landlord as a slave. Buying one home gives you equity to buy more property to rent out.

I've been throwing around the idea of selling my 3D printer I ain't gonna lie hahahaha. I have a vendor show next month that hopefully people can buy some trinkets at but I'm not holding out too much hope.
