Spending time and vast resources going to space that can be used to solve extinction level terrestrial problems within this FUBAR planet's atmosphere.

Intelligent humans such as Elon on a mission to terraform Mars by depleting resources that marsform the Earth.

Exactly, if the first one isn't an instant knockout with bare knuckles then the second one will be. If after the second strike it doesn't knock them out use front kicks to their knees to slow them down then maintain distance from dazed opponent with left and right jab combinations, they'll try to duck under the jabs and close distance then start letting the uppercuts rip. If they go down after the first and second strike, follow their head's trajectory quickly to the ground and stomp their face aiming for the nose as hard as you can, they can't fight suffocating in their own blood from a broken nose. If their nose is not broken or you miss, stradle them with hammer fist ground and pound until it is broken. My Japanese sensei told me the unwritten rule of Bushido is everyone is seven inches tall on the ground no matter how tall they are. I use MMA for striking and my specialty is Judo on the ground as well as throws to get people on the ground. Do not be violent, don't start fights only ending them.

If you have a weapon and choose to not use it primarily and only as backup do not use boxing strikes because they can be ducked injuring your weapon hand if it hits their cranium, it's very hard and can break your hand. Use hammer fist strikes and nose strikes end the fight.

That video is about fighting multiple opponents, never turn your back to a single opponent and aim for the base of the nose only striking their collarbone or neck if they are blocking the face, it's a flow of procedural options.

Use only front kicks so that you can't be sweeped when one leg is up and you're off-balance.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Front_kick

Lastly, there are no rules or a referee in a street fight or in combat against people intending to kill you. If you're the same size or taller than an opponent bearhug them so they can't use their arms or escape from a grapple hold and headbutt repeatedly until KOed. Don't start shit just end shit, leave attackers like Loki and not able to shit straight the remainder of their immortal life.

I saw pics of the aurora boreali, it looks amazing. Seeing it in real life would be epic. I've seen the northern lights in real life.

I've seen it before when I was exploring Canada's wilderness. Went to Toronto, Ontario and Quebec looking for its nature and didn't spend much time in urban areas. The aurora was unexpected, it was surreal and awe inspiring. Since I was basically out in the middle of nowhere and the sky was so otherworldly in appearance especially being from the South where it never happens I kept expecting to see a UFO mothersip next over the forest treetops. I did see some anomolus lights in the sky though everything was anomolous to me and it was probably caused by ice crystals in the upper atmosphere. Zally's pic is affected by light pollution, Canada is wonderful and has wilderness not found anywhere else to see the Northern Lights as backdrop. I haven't been to Northern Europe and Poland reminds me of Skyrim. I like the aurora borealis big time, it's breathtakingly beautiful.

Yeah that pic was still in the city albeit a quieter area in the south end but still doesn't compare with being out North of the city in the wild without said light pollution.

Speaking of the aurora and Earth's magnetic field. Know why there hasn't been another manned mission to the moon? Even if the astronauts don't arrive there dead as fried BBQ, they'll return krispy krittered to Earth because of the Earth's magnetic field superconcetrate of deflected solar radiation and cosmic rays at the Van Allen belt.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Van_Allen_radiation_belt

And even if the Apollo astronauts managed to survive the round trip with shielding that still hasn't been adequate for manned missions to this day they would not live to a ripe old age after all that DNA damage. Now, if being American means being scientifically illiterate and living in a make-believe world where fiction is reality, or it means being a bold face liar on an epic scale in posterity's retrospective human history, you probably like politics and politicians. Vote for my candidate, he tells the best lies through his professional liar snakeoil salesman fucking teeth.

I stayed up a tad late last night and tried walking over to a local graveyard. The place was busy with foot traffic, I saw like 20 people milling around on my brief walk in (compared probably zero on a normal day). Stood around for a little to get acclimated to the dark, stared at the sky, saw nothing except a few stars. Don't know if there was nothing, or it was just too bright...

You know why solar power and nuclear energy are a bigger problem than the energy crisis? Solar panels last ~15 years and then end up in a landfill releasing toxic chemicals into underground water aquifers and the soil, nuclear waste is radioactive for thousands of years and has been purposely dumped in the ocean already. That's not the bad part, toxic chemicals and radioactivity speed up rate of mutation greatly. And that's not the worst part, crows are one mutation away from becoming a little bit smarter, with a pre-existing ability to conspire and conduct coordinated attacks with a photographic memory never forgetting a human face that messed with them.

Regarding energy sources, though dangerous, nuclear power is the most efficient energy source, if what I read is correct.

Yes, the radioactive waste that has been dumped in the ocean on purpose and disasters like Fukushima will affect crow rate of mutation for thousands of years, they're already intelligent as a human child and have the ability to coordinate attacks with facial recognition. It's radioactivity greatly speeding up rate of mutation that can make crows as smart as a human teenager. That's the thing, the damage has already been done even if we stop using nuclear energy and it's just a matter of time before Chernobyl's crows mutate to be smarter than some of the human adults. Oceanic radioactivity namely there are crows along seashores too. What we need is safer power plants and to send nuclear waste to the sun with rockets where radioactivity is native, the more radioactivity and disasters we have the greater rate of crow mutation. Solar energy and solar panels release toxic chemicals into landfills after ~15 years when they are discarded, toxic chemicals are another cause of accelerated rate of mutation and crows are common to landfills. If you don't avoid horror it will be a rude awakening from denial in a horror movie so realistic it's real. Never mind the 50+ foot long climate change pythons, they have indeterminate growth only limited by average year-round temperature. It's best to allow people to deny science and not try to convince them, more obvious to them that way.

Lech, w贸dz dawnych czas贸w, dumny i m臋偶ny,
W korzeniach si臋ga艂 do ziemi starych ziem.
W jego sercu p艂on臋艂a mi艂o艣膰 do ojczyzny,
Z duchem nieugi臋tym, zawsze got贸w walczy膰.

W las贸w g艂膮b, na wzg贸rzach i r贸wninach,
Swoje trony budowa艂, w swym uporze nieust臋pliwy.
Przez burze i zagro偶enia prowadzi艂 sw贸j lud,
Zawsze ku wolno艣ci, ku lepszej przysz艂o艣ci.

Za nim maszerowa艂y zast臋py, gotowe do boju,
Pod sztandarem Lecha, w imi臋 honoru i chwa艂y.
Bohaterowie i zwykli ludzie, z艂膮czeni moc膮 jedno艣ci,
By zwi膮za膰 swoje losy, w walce i w pokoju.

Na polach bitewnych, w ruinach i zwyci臋stwach,
Legenda Lecha trwa艂a, jak gwiazda na niebie.
Jego imi臋 艣piewane, w pie艣niach i opowie艣ciach,
W sercach Polak贸w, zawsze 偶ywe i nie艣miertelne.

Dzi艣 Lech pozostaje symbolem m臋stwa i dumy,
W historii narodu, w narodowej to偶samo艣ci.
Cho膰 czasem zapomniany, jego dziedzictwo nie umiera,
Bo w sercach i duszach, Lech 偶yje wiecznie.

Lech, leader of ancient times, proud and valiant,
His roots reached to the land of old lands.
In his heart burned love for his homeland,
With an unyielding spirit, always ready to fight.

In the depths of forests, on hills and plains,
He built his thrones, unwavering in his determination.
Through storms and dangers, he led his people,
Always towards freedom, towards a better future.

Behind him marched legions, ready for battle,
Under Lech's banner, in the name of honor and glory.
Heroes and ordinary people, united in strength,
To bind their destinies, in war and in peace.

On the battlefields, in ruins and victories,
The legend of Lech endured, like a star in the sky.
His name sung in songs and tales,
In the hearts of Poles, always alive and immortal.

Today Lech remains a symbol of courage and pride,
In the history of the nation, in national identity.
Though sometimes forgotten, his legacy does not die,
For in hearts and souls, Lech lives forever.

Repost here in case anyone bumps Emuporium in another thread, multi-rom GBA and indistinguishable from NES.

A selection of 35 NES RPG games for GBA, you may find some you've never played before.

I only tested the Pokemon title screens to check for correct mapper, they are platformers but pretty good. Hadn't played them yet, based on RPG so I thought it was one but still fun.

Safe enough when properly built and managed as far as I know. Wouldn't scam people out of money like "green options" like solar junk or bird killers (windmills) .

I'd rather have nuclear power than so called green options. It'd probably make energy prices lower in the long run.

"If thee art new in coming permit me to regale thee with a tale of peculiar preference and palatial peculiarity. Picture, if you will, a gathering of individuals of variegated ilk, adorned in the most orange suits of the epoch, yet harboring a shared eccentricity that set them apart from the ordinary throng where most all gents do that. In the antechamber of this assembly, one might espy a gallant fellow, his countenance aglow with an air of refined insouciance, delicately spreading jelly upon an arse with the precision of a master illuminator, each stroke of his mouthpiece an ode to the symphony of flavor awaiting his discerning palate. Beside him, a gentleman of affable demeanor, his eyes alight with mirthful mischief, indulging in a curious contrivance of his own making鈥攁 syrup as sweet as honey, nay, a veritable work of art, wherein layers of syrup and jelly commingled in a harmonious union of sweetness and sustenance. Their compatriots, too, partook in this gastronomic gallimaufry, each asserting their culinary predilections with unabashed fervor. For some, the jelly served as a mere condiment, an embellishment to be trifled with in passing the syrup; for others, it was the pi猫ce de r茅sistance, the very nucleus around which their gustatory passions orbited. And amidst this tableau of epicurean indulgence, there stood I, a humble observer of human folly and folly of the palate alike, marveling at the myriad ways in which mankind finds solace and delight in the simplest of pleasures. For in the realm of syrup or jelly, as in life, there exists a boundless expanse of honeyed possibility, limited only by the imagination of eating me and the elasticity of one's waistband. We straight that's it." ~ Tossed Salad Man
