I'm sure the links under "Just give me a copy!" on the github page you linked to were working when I looked (maybe I'm wrong idk, I've been very busy so I'm tired) but they aren't now.
If you google you might find some emu sites that have builds already compiled for download. I'm not linking to any other site and don't have time to find exactly what you need, you will have to do that yourself.
