PS1 Emulator with Rewind?

Is there a PS1 emulator that has the rewind feature?

I think you can rewind save state up to 600 frames in Mednafen
I never use save states so I'm only stating what I have read, it isn't personal experience.

Actually, you can push the rewind a lot more. I did test up to 30 minutes but you need 7 or 8gb of ram with my settings.
Here is a copy paste of my psx.cfg with Mednafen:

How do you do this on Mednafen?

According to Mednafen hotkeys, the tilde key fast forwards. That's usually the key to the left of the 1 key.
