why you not use new SNES9x ones? like 1.52 and 1.53

or ZSNES newer versions none need the graphics packs now they got passed that years back so the graphics are fixed without the need to have de-crypted packs

I noticed that the 1.41 version is very fast, the next versions that are not the work of the original authors are every time worse
Older than you think
ZSNES is faster than snes9x though always was
The graphics packs will be near impossible to find now as they are no longer needed
I would also say try the latest Snes9X and play with the settings to get it to full speed
