Power Ston and Power Stone 2 on MAMEUI134u9 rom file missing

Hey ...
Just got the Power Stone 1 & 2 roms but when i try to play them on Mameui 143u9 i get the msg pstone-key.bin not found for PS1 .. and pstone2-key.bin not found for PS2. I have scoured the net to find different rom versions but i cant. and i also cant seem to find the missing files as a stand alone. i do have the latest NAOMI and NAOMI 2 bios.
Any ideas?

But turns out that both stones were unplayable on mameui 143 ... curses!
oh well ... just have to wait then ..
