Any Modern Warfare fans here? What do you think or feel for the new MW3 Release coming out?

Its ok i guess. i'll be buying when the price drops but even a hardcore fan like me thinks the graphics are just like mw2.. the only things that interest me are finding out what happens in the story, and the new survival mode.

MW3 got almost the same graphics, but the colours are alot smoother. The Skin is just like MW2 and if you're after graphics and strategy go for BF3, like rushing and killing all te time, no team play almost only by yourself... Buy MW3. Trust me i know!

lol gears of war and bf3 are good games no doubt, but they are different types of game play. I'm more into the counter strike or modern warfare scene. MW3 does seem like an extension of MW2, but it's not.. it just has the same graphics engine. To me, it's MW2 reinvented. Different story, different multiplayer options, different modes, different perks, more customization, more of the game I "wanted" mw2 to be. I'll be honest, I wasn't to excited when I saw the mp trailer but after watching a few more it does look exciting, graphics don't make a game but they are still better than Treyarch's graphics for Black ops

I'm pumped for it. And for all the BF3 fans out there, seriously, KNOCK IT OFF. Who cares which ones "better." It doesn't matter, keep your opinions to yourselves. I'm sick of seeing all these fights about which ones better!!!

Also, I can't freakin' wait. Looks epic.

CS:GO, then BF3, then every other game, then CoD.

seriously. It's turning into Madden, and the series has completely lost sight of what it used to be. Now it's nothing but money whoring, with the same rehashed gameplay. IW and Treyarch would be smarter to take this momentum from CoD, and move it onto a new series, before they burn out with this one. Eventually people are going to get sick of paying all of this money for near identical games.

As almost everyone else said...looks like Modern Warfare 2 with some new modes and features.
But in order of games i want the most it goes Assassins creed BF3, COD MW3 and the gow 3.
Problem is they dont come out in that order

Like above posters have said, I'm really gonna have to wait for a price drop on this one. Last year when BO came out, I had absolutely no interest in it. (I think that was maybe because I don't like Treyarch, but whatever.) Anyway, I ended up only getting it because a friend had an extra copy he offered me. I can't deny free monies, so I took it.

And as for my list of games I want way more than CoD (in no order): Uncharted 3, Batman: Arkham City, BF3 and Skyrim. I'm still gonna get Assassin's Creed, just not right away.

This really isn't my genre at all, to be honest, but I find that most of these kinds of topics generally devolve into a "CoD!" "No, BF!" "No, CoD!" war. Frankly, I'm sure there's a difference in quality between the two, but is there a difference between the individual games, besides the fact that dirt- and bloodspatters are a little more detailed? Could be me, but I'm not seeing it.

Had to give in preordered the Hardened edition for PS3 from amazon. I tried to play off the Black Ops last year thinking it would be more of the same until I had hands on time with the game.
