Sorry for the dumb noob question, but how do I use the full set rom updates. For example, I'm done downloading all of the .0138 roms. I just downloaded the .0138 to .0139 update, but what do I do with it?

No one wants to help? I'm afraid to unzip to the same folder because I don't know if the new folders will replace the contents of the old folders, thereby deleting the roms rather than updating them.
