So far, I see 2 problem areas:

    C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Widgets\YahooWidgetEngine.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\nvsvc32.exe
    C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Widgets\YahooWidgetEngine.exe
    C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Widgets\YahooWidgetEngine.exe
    C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Widgets\YahooWidgetEngine.exe

I'm fairly certain you shouldn't have 4 instances of the same process running.

Try shutting down 3 of them.
Or shutting down all 4, then restarting Widgets, if that's possible.
Um.. actually each one is for a different widget. I got a RAM monitor, CPU monitor and an internet connetion monitor. The fourth should be the main app.

Except for my widget and opera i dunno what else i should close. Closing flashget/utorrent would kinda defeat the purpose. uTorrent doesnt really seem affected actually, since my BTs are never too stable.

Anyway, if ePSXe itself shouldn't be using 100% of the CPU (Ctrl+V, Evans) , imma go check some FAQs to see if there is something wrong with my epsxe configuration.

EDIT: Okay, i did the easiest thing i (geek wanna-be) could think of. I set ePSXe pirority to low in Task Manager. Its still running my CPU to the max but my downloads are ok now. No sudden time outs.

All those Widgets might be the problem.
And are you sure you need all 4 running?

And why do you need both FlashGet and uTorrent?
Just use Opera to download from direct links.

uTorrent uses very little of your resources; part of the reason it's so popular.
    The same with Opera.

    FlashGet is somewhat resource hungry.

To see which process is using the most RAM, look under Mem Usage.
If you click Mem Usage, it will arrange your processes in order from most RAM usage to least:

    ..Opera at 30k..
But what does RAM have to do with it?

Its hard to download larger files with web browsers IMO
