    Unless your Dreamcast is chipped I can't think how you are managing this

    The info I give is not made up but is through testing on my own Dreamcast that has no mod chip or other mods

    This has also been verified via other members here when asking how to use cheats with backups after trying all 3 of the options you gave including the codebreaker though without the loader enabling backup cheating
