I don't know if I can call it my favorite video game, but the video game that I think most fondly of is Master of Orion II; it is something that is rather nostalgic. Ignoring nostalgia, I have replayed the Mass Effect and Dragon Age series a few more times than I care to admit.

Oof, this is a hard one. There are many games in multiple genres that I love. But if you absolutely had to get me to pick, I think I'd go with Persona 3: FES. This game is just a fun and emotional ride from beginning to end.
