    You're going to need to have the downloaded ROM, or ISO, in a specific file format. You most likely downloaded a *.rar, but need to extract it with WinRar.
    You offer zero information though, so the help I can offer is limited.

    If you do already have the rom, just go up to the menu, the first one, is it called file? I don't even remember but then just click open and find the files, they would be .iso though I think.

    If you already know the game works go to FILE > RUN ISO and it should start if not try this;
    1) Get the Bios ---> http://dragonballarena.gamesurf.it/e...giochi/psx.php (I recomend "scph1000")
    2) Get ecm and unecm here ---> http://www.neillcorlett.com/ecm/
    3) Get UltraISO here ---> http://www.ezbsystems.com/ultraiso/ (trail version btw, sorry)
    NEXT
    You want BIN and CUE files (these run best as far as I know)
    1) If the game you downloaded was cdd img and sub use UltraISO to convert it into BIN/CUE
    2) If one of the files says .emc on the file name use unecm to uncompress it then take the following actions;
    a) If it was a bin.ecm you can now play it
    b) If it was img.ecm convert the given img and cdd using UltraISO

    If it still dose not work it may be a bad game. Sorry for the really long post, and thank you for reading

    Please give more info....

    We can give specific help, if we know exactly what the issue is

    P.S. UltraISO is best avoided for PSX CD Images specially if the games use xa and str file trypes as part of the game data

    To rerip in bin/cue format ISObuster on it's own will do or you can mount a CD Image with daemon tools lite and rerip with imgburn if you like (All free versions will do everything you possibly need for emulating PSX)

    In general it is best to mount your CD Images rather than run them directly via ePSXe, this helps the CD Images get read without error and let you change CD Images's with multi CD games correctly, it's also enables you to use more CD Image formats so no need to convert to Bin/Cue

    Often if game x does not work it's just that the game has copy protection, this can be bypassed via a patch

    If an archive can't fully extract it's normally due to a failed download, just retry downloading
