I'm dieing for a way to play Ikaruga, but the Dreamcast release was a hoax, and the only way to play is go to an arcade in Japan, a place I'm unfortunately unable to reach. Anyone have or know where to find a ROM for this? I've never gotten arcade ROMs, so I have no idea if my request was just insane, although I wouldn't be suprised considering new arcade games run on powerful Naomi boards or whatnot.
