PC and no I didn't.

Also I quite liked the gameplay, the bullet cam became a little tiresome after a while but it did properly force you to use cover.

You should be able to turn that off, you can in SE III anyway. I always turn it off (recently played a little Zombie Army Trilogy on PS4 which is the same engine).
Been a while now since I played V2...co-op isn't structured very well on PS3 unfortunately but I did manage to finish it.

Yeah as I said I just turn it off. It's really a pain in SE III mp, I dunno why anybody would leave it on but maybe kids love seeing crotch shots and heads explode over and over again
