Supposed to be going on the piss again tonight, believe it or not. Went out last night and got thrown out of a local nightclub for erm...nipping out the fire escape with my ex-girlfriend and...cough...getting caught. Such fun, and all that.

But yes, me an a mate plan to go to the snooker club tonight, which always involves many a beer, much snooker related tomfoolery and indeed several counts of stumblage and falling over. Top stuff, it is.

Is X2 that space faring game thats not entirely dissimilar to Elite, or am I just speaking bollocks? If it is, is it any good, as I must admit that I have come very close to buying that game recently, seeing as I used to have a copy of the original before (which I quite liked). But then it broke. Tsk.

It's complicated and on the hard side.. But from what I've played of the Main Scenario it looks really fascinating.. Got some really nice graphics in it and stuff and some of the little things you can do it are cool..

You can spacewalk in it.. Own factories.. Lots of ships.. Stuff like that.. You can take missions etc etc.. Reminds me a lot of Elite actually.

I especially like the fact that you can set up a profile picture and when you own a factory your chosen picture will be floating beneath it with your face on (If your picture was your face of course!)

Yeah, I'd recommend it.. It got 89% in PC Gamer here and stuff.. So it can't be all that bad.. I've had fun in it so far .
