THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.
I got Tales of Versperia Def Edition on sale at BB some time ago. Also, the difficulty of Crash 4 is up there.
I can barely make any headway in the trilogy remake. Hard as hell, for me at least. Is Crash 4 harder than that?
I find Crash 4 to be the hardest, but you can play it without lives. So you can retry as many times as you like. I think Crash 1 and 4 have the highest in difficulty. Crash 2 and 3, it eases out. With Crash 3 being the easiest. Though I like platformers.
Ordered a used game but then got a new sealed game hehe

Sucks that EP had to disable their roms. Its hard to find first party Nintendo games. Especially those for GCN and Wii. The others are a bit easier to find.
It's only harder to find working direct downloads tbh. Although I'm sure archive.org does have some stuff (well, they did but I haven't looked lately).
Maybe there are some rare games (Japanese and some of the more recent Wii games) that are difficult to find dumps of, but the common popular games should be available via torrents.
If not public then on private trackers.

Found out I have a extra copy of Dead Rising 2 to trade for in my steam games. Perfect for Halloween season.
Yeah, I think that's one of those things you call an ambulance for
