I'm still pissed that I bought the "complete series" on DVD for $20, stuck it in my DVD player, and discovered it didn't have the movies. Then a couple months later I spotted an actual complete set for $15, which I couldn't bring myself to buy because I didn't know what I'd do with my incomplete series.

Keep your original complete series and get the movies on VHS?

I really should just buy the complete thing while it still exists. It's still sorta reasonably priced.

Just for fun, guess from the cover which version I should buy, and which is incomplete:

It's super neat. I never got to play the first RE2 but we watched a couple speed runs of it beforehand so I got a teensy bit of a feel for it. Corey played Claire A while I was at work and I got to see Leon B when I made it to the weekend.

I do really want to get it, but I can't blow 80 dollars on a new game too often. I've played the hell out of the original right up to getting the tofu survivor Actually even went through it again last Summer I think it was (gamecube version)

Wonder if that will still be in it Anywho I'll get it eventually - if they have a half price sale or somethin on Xbox Live at some point I'll probably grab it

Welp back to GTA V!!!! (yes I realize the irony )

The 3DVD set is probably the incomplete one.

Yep that's it. You'd think they'd add a blurb to the front of the 7-DVD set, but no. IIRC I bought the 3-DVD one before the 7-DVD one was even released.

I think the 7DVD was released about 5 or so years after the set you have.

Just had a quick look at the Canadian releases...your set was 2004, the proper complete set was 2011. We (R4) only got the proper set released in 2012

I think it's ok for a 90's show, certainly not fantastic but it had a lower budget than other stuff.
I only got around to watching it all in recent years never saw the whole thing way back when it was fresh. The Total Recall series is another one I never saw back then.

Both are sci-fi detective type shows.

Sounds like I might enjoy them, did TR get a DVD release?

I watched it back when it was broadcast (that weird weekend noon-ish time block that ran Hercules The Legendary Journeys and shit) and loved it as a teenager. Pretty sure Nika caused my short haired blond fetish.

I still enjoy it. You do need to be able to tolerate 90's TV though.
