    Awesome, I love these threads!
I have two computers, a PC and an old laptop.

First, my PC I've nicknamed "Hyperion":
    OS: Windows 7 64-bit
    Motherboard: ASRock G41M-S
CPU: Intel Pentium E5300 Dual Core. 2.6GHz stock, overclocked to 3.0GHz
    RAM: Kingmax 2GB DDR2
    Audio: Realtek HD Audio
Hard drives: 500GB Samsung, 250GB Seagate, 160GB Samsung, 160GB Seagate and 80Gb Seagate
    Optical drives: LG DVD-RAM Drive
Monitor: 19" Samsung SyncMaster 920n LCD
    Keyboard: BTC Model 5199
    Mouse: HP USB mouse
And my pride and joy, the GPU: Inno3D nVidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti 2GB GDDR5

Then there's my laptop, a 10 year old Dell Inspiron 4100D (the D I added myself, stands for duct-tape)
    OS: Windows XP SP3
    CPU: Intel Pentium III 1GHz
    RAM: 256MB SDRAM
GPU: ATI Radeon Mobility (16MB GRAM)
    HD 60GB Seagate
    Screen: 14.1" SXGA+ LCD (1400x1050)
    Battery: Trashed
    USB ports: 1x USB1.1 (Yeah, I know...)

Since I emulate games on my phone too, I might as well mention it. It might not be an actual computer, but it sure performs like one!
    Phone model: Motorola DEFY (MB525)
CPU: Texas Instruments 800MHz, overclocked to 1GHz (Told ya, works like computer)
    GPU: PowerVR 530
    RAM: 512MB
Screen: WVGA LCD (854x480) capacitive touch
    OS: CyanogenMod 7.1
