e.g.
s3-zldww.rar
s3-zldww.zip
s3-zldww.7z
s3-zldww.001
s3-zldww.abc
what is at the end of the file name
You may need to go into folder options and set it to show known file extentions to see them
extract the first zip file then and only the first one, the other files are auto linked/extracted when you extract the first
Probobly named s3-zldww.001/s3-zldww.002 ect... you can't see that because windows explorer is set to hide known extentions
-
Combine all the files by extracting them again, the result should be either ISO or GCM file.
The method to extract them may be different depends on how it was splitted, refer to Zorlon's post ^.

If it's still a no go...
Get yourself 7-zip from www.7-zip.org this will let you extract spanned archive types (Archives in multi files with the same file name)
If 7-zip fails for any reason then WinRAR is the next one to use, from www.rarlab.com the free version will do (You realy only need this for rar spanned file types though)
Same rule applies only extract the first file
I'm off for now so I hope you have all the info you need, if not I should be back in about 12 hours, thats if the win7 service pack doesn't mess my system up again :S
