I have got to disc 3 of Shenmue, in the Sega Dreamcast. In order to proceed, I am told to insert disc 3. It then whirrs, and nothing further happens. Can anyone help?

What emulator are you using??
It's an original Sega Dreamcast, in my bedroom. thing is, the disc itself is clean.
